Jake Ryan, along with Devin Gardner have been consistently mentioned as guys that have worked hard on and off the field at Michigan. I know that there are tons of other guys that have done the same. Recently, Ryan won the Tillman award at the East/West Shrine game. Devin Gardner has been singled out in more than just this article for his off the field endeavors.

So, /r/cfb, for a change, lets talk about the good guys...the ones that are not just players at a school you attend, or graduated from, or love...but the guys that truly make you proud to know that beyond all the other stuff, there are guys that make you proud to root for who you root for.
