How valuable are Oregon State and Washington State in conference realignment?

Post Body

It seems like these schools rarely pop up in conference realignment rumors. Washington, Oregon, Stanford, and Cal are potential B1G candidates so I see why the BXII might not make sense for them. But I'd think that OSU and WSU would be more willing to entertain the BXII.

How do they compare to other BXII candidate schools such as Memphis, Fresno State, SDSU, UCONN, USF, and Gonzaga? How do they compare to the Four Corner schools?
