Western Kentucky (a relative new comer to the FBS) went 0-12 in 2009, 2-10 in 2010, 7-5 last year (with no bowl) and got the invite this year after going 7-5 again.

San Jose was a dismal 1-11 in 2010, 5-7 last year, 10-2 this year, finished the regular season ranked, and are also going to a bowl.

Grats to both programs, it's nice to see teams that no one would have guessed could turn it around so quickly, have a little success and recognition. Think this is one of the reasons college football is awesome...also, thought I would talk about something other than the BCS, and Heisman.
