Hey r/CFA!
I have a bit of an odd question that I had tried searching the subreddit for before posting but couldn't find the answer.
I was originally scheduled to write the Nov '21 L1 exam but there was a COVID outbreak in my workplace, so had to quarantine. Fortunately, CFA let me reschedule my exam until May '22, at the cost of $0 on the website.
Now, however, my manager up and left my work last week, so they've decided to give me her old role with added responsibilities which is awesome, however due to the added responsibility, I will not have the capacity to study for the exam. I'm within the 14 day refund window for the exam (tomorrow being the last day), so my question is if I hit cancel for the refund, will I be refunded my original payment amount or the $0 for the reschedule?
Bit of an odd situation so any insight is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
