We're getting many threads regarding locations asking if their location has been cancelled or not. Please post your updates here.
I'll suggest the "sort" by new, to always have timely updates if something new gets announced.
I'll start locking threads and directing traffic here.
Hang in there guys.

update Oct 5 (thanks u/SD-Analyst)
Just reached CFAI and they responded stating that they are meeting bi-weekly to assess each location’s feasibility. They also reconfirmed that they will provide updates for all candidates in early October (this week?) as well as early November. They lastly will provide specific information to candidates scheduled for specific locations ASAP if/when any changes occur.
They also confirmed that they have the final/high “numbers” for each location, as the amount registered for each location can either stay the same or decrease due to deferral but not increase due to location changes being locked as of 9/30.

This is from the Boise Center website-
" Recent local health mandates restrict social gatherings to 10 people if a group is unable to physically distance themselves. According to Central District Health, the mandate does not apply to events where physical distancing is possible. Boise Centre is able to spread out tables and chairs, and we can hold gatherings of up to 50 people in one room. In addition, we have the ability to stream speakers to multiple rooms if more than 50 people are attending. "
Also educational gatherings are getting an exemption for now.
So a few reasons to hold out hope!

EDIT: I had a chance to read through the materials and order that came down...
IT DOES NOT LOOK GOOD FOLKS
UPDATE 11/16
Boise Center still claiming they have capacity to break up the number registered into our own rooms 10 people each. The very nice lady I spoke to believes it is still on- but they are meeting later today to decide how to handle the new order.
Another L3 candidate posted that it is at the 'Boise Conference Center'. A few weeks ago she was successful in contacting them and getting an update
Please share if you repeat her success
I will add that Ada County has had limits on gatherings this entire time, even under their 'stage 4 full reopening', and the Center at that time was confident they could navigate restrictions with the number of candidates registered.
Let's cross our fingers and toes- see you there in 7 weeks
I appreciate you sharing the info
I am relatively hopeful again... it seems that this phase 2 is NOT the same as the prior phase 2 back in spring. Which does match the phrasing on the Center's website. I think they will try to hold it until the point that they are directly shut down... and I just have a hard time seeing Idaho government shutting anyone down. From what I have seen on social media- ain't a whole lot of shutting down taking place so far as of this weekend.

A lot of us here gave the conference center our info, to let us know asap when we have more info. None of us have heard anything- which I feel is a good thing.
If anything changes for boise it will be posted at the top of the thread within minutes. Wish we had more certainty!

I think about it like this...
Is your location in a state that will absolutely not tell a business that they must refuse business offered to them?
Mayors have some emergency powers, but if you selected carefully the states that are deeply red, they will have governors that will override them, and constituents that will demand their freedoms until they are 6 feet under. Ethics be damned- I hope my logic holds up.
