Word on the tier is CDCR is going to change the “overfamiliarity” policy at the “The California Model” prisons in response to the female AW at CTF that let an inmate grab her.

So now will CDCR have separate policies to differentiate from “The California Model” prisons and the real prisons?? As far in my opinion I’m sticking with what I was taught over 20 years ago that we don’t cross the line with inmates being over familiar on any level. Inmates play with inmates and staff provide’s safety, security, and supervision.
