Well it only took 68 days in the waiting room....submitted March 12 with confirmation.
I will add that if I hadn't called at day 60 and found out that they lost my completion certificate it would have been much longer. I finally got a call back from a very nice lady who hand carried my paperwork through for completion. Its a shame you can't confirm this stuff online but glad the wait is over.
