Flashlight Suggestion Needed - specific criteria

Im looking for a flashlight to EDC, on-body or off-body, that meets a few criteria.

-Tailcap -Decently Bright with Reasonable Throw for dog walking at night etc, but not going to scare the neighbors -Some reasonable run-times without heating up. Yes I realize Im sacrificing lumens for this feature but it’s important around kids etc -Non-tactical so I can take it on a plane. So no strike bezel. -Small enough to still fit in pockets / cargos -Water Resistant

For reference- a Keychain Maglite is too small but a Maglite Mini is a tad too large.
