How to use CBD distillate?

I found this website selling CBD distillate:
It seems like this might be the cheapest option for CBD, which is good since the price of the tinctures and E-liquids isn't something I can really afford at the moment.
What I don't understand is how you're supposed to use it. Do I have to do something to make it vapeable or into an oral tincture? Or do I just use it directly?
I have just a basic vape pen for E-liquids so not sure if it's the right thing.
