What is the best CBD for anxiety ?

So I been having some anxiety issues recently and I don’t want to use any medication because i tried it before and hated it. I found out about CBD I bought a 250mg drops from Medical Mary I feel it helps but not to much. Any recommendations on which brand to use also which ratios.? I know some ratios are better for different issues.
