CBD dosage for pain after MCL & ACL surgery

I am in excruciating pain after my surgery yesterday. The pain meds my doctor gave me are barely putting a dent in the pain.
Has anyone taken pure CBD for post surgery pain? How many mg did you take? I used to take 50mg for anxiety. I’m not sure what an effective dose for pain is. I’m on the verge of a mental breakdown because of the pain. I need to get school work done and The pain is so excruciating I can’t concentrate.
Any insight or advice is much appreciated
