Could I use pure isolate to add to vape shop 0 nicotine juice

Hey everyone!
I ordered some pure isolate to make vape juice. After thinking about it for a while, I kinda don’t feel like making my own flavored juice from scratch. My local vape shop sells homemade custom juices.
In theory, I should be able to buy 0 nicotine juice and add the isolate to it, correct?
I just wanted to check to make sure before I waste 1000mg.
The shops ratios for juice is 70vg/30pg if that matters.
If someone could help me out, I’d greatly appreciate it!
