How are companies able to ship items with THC in it?

If noticed some of the most popular CBD companies now offer items with 2mg thc. How are they able to ship this? I thought the threshold for thc in cbd was much lower than that.

This is all you need to know. Any product is derived from legal hemp that had less than 0.3% THC by dry weight is legal. It's a loophole in the Farm Bill that is so big you could drive a truck through it. The DEA disagrees, but federal courts have said the DEA is wrong.
