Smoking CBD flower need advice

I bought some locally grown CBD flower last night. 20�D. I haven't smoked regular weed in years and I'm interested in CBD for joint pain, inflammation and well-being. My question is how do i smoke this stuff? Is 20 percent high concentration? Would a one-hitter be enough to try out or do i need to roll a j and smoke that? Any advice to an old stoner, cbd noob is appreciated.
