I was listening to Matt Walker talk and he mentioned that THC helps you fall asleep faster but it actually disrupts the amount of REM sleep, putting you in REM debt - when people stop taking THC they have intense dreams due to making up for that lost REM sleep.
Would it then reason that CBD without THC might better for sleep? I know CBN extract might be the best for sleep, and that the actual THC levels in full spectrum are usually small so maybe it doesn't matter? But should we avoid full spectrum and CBD/THC combos if we're specifically targeting sleep?
