I have a two hour presentation for college that I’m paranoid about, I can’t articulate my thoughts in front of a group. Anyways, I came across the studies on CBD helping those with social phobia and having just moved to the Netherlands I thought it would be worth a try.
However, I have no idea what to get. The studies tend to take ~300 mg. The capsules I’ve seen in health shops are about 10mg and expensive. I bought 1 gram of CBD bud, the guy selling said it was 2 percent, does that mean THC?
Basically, if you could explain it in very simplified terms what I should get I’d really appreciate it.
