Intra-familial Gun Transfer with Different Surnames

Hi Everyone,
I am planning on doing an intra-familial parent-child transfer, but my mother does not have the same Surname as me. Would the OAG/DOJ require me to submit my mother's marriage certificates along with my application? I can't find anything noted by the OAG and have not heard back with a response yet either.
