CCW app in late ‘23 with sb2 in ‘24

So I’ve applied with my local IA for ccw in November ‘23 and have submitted my finger prints also in November ‘23. Currently waiting for approval/ denial. How will SB2 affect my 2023 application? Will I still fall under 2023 requirements or will I have to follow 2024 requirements?
