My newest cocktail recipe (don't you be telling me that booze ain't food)

2oz house infused locally produced Lemon "Gray Duck" brand vodka, 1oz Tattersall Sour Cherry, a squeeze of each lemon juice and simple syrup, couple dashes lemon bitters shaken hard, topped with a bit of cheap champagne. Very Limoncello reminiscent.
