Should I take my cat to the vet?

Hello everyone. I found this wound this morning on my cat.

Context: this cat was a stray who we took in after a few months of feeding it. She is super gentle and loving she hasn’t shown any sign of infection, I made sure to keep her quarantined from my inside adopted cat for a few days, recently her and my cat have been play fighting a little rough but nothing major just nipping and bitting a bit, I noticed her ear was bleeding a bit so I made sure my inside cat knew to leave her alone. This morning I found this lesion on her face and i’m convinced this isn’t a bite from my cat given they have been together for 7-8 months now and nothing like this has shown up just a few scrapes on her ear.

I checked my cat and he’s perfectly fine so i’m hopeful it’s just a wound and not an infection.

She eats fine, drinks normally, uses the litter box and generally just hangs around all day. My other cat is the same if not more happy cause we found him a friend.

Should I take her to the vet to get a full check up? Should I separate both of them just to be safe? What should I do if it is from my cat? Any advice on how to make them play gently? Thank you everyone it means a lot!!
