Another cat?
Post Body

My indoor cat keeps escaping and then gets attacked and injured by other cats. I try to keep her inside but she won’t be satisfied. I take her on harness walks and walks in a backpack but my vet told me to stop because it will make her want to go out even more. She’s a social cat (towards humans) but doesn’t like other cats she’s encountered. I’ve wondered if getting another cat will give her more stimulation and she’ll be less bored therefore try to escape less? I think the main reason she tries to go outdoors is for stimulation. Anyone have experience with a similar situation?
