My friend has an adult cat and she has been losing sleep for a long time because her cat will meow all night long and it’s driving her nuts. The funny thing is my friend went to Mexico for 10 days and I looked after her cat while she was away and I even slept in her apartment. I fed the cat the exact amount of food that she would normally get at the usual time the car would get fed and the cat hardly meowed at all. When I first came into the apartment after work or when it was time to eat but nothing excessive. So I’m baffled and my friend is too.I’d really appreciate some sort of insight to the cats psyche or any explanation as to why the cat meows all night and any advice on anyway to stop it
