My thesis is on Organ Transplants (زراعة الاعضاء) in Islam but I’m not a Muslim and I’m not very sure where to find accurate/proper citations other than unreliable sources on Google.

•I need help on matters like whether it’s halal or haram and on what grounds would it be either.

•What types of organs can be transplanted and what can’t be.

•What type of religious rules are there ensure that it’s consensual and no party is befallen by any harm. And if there are any religious procedures (certain prayers or pledges/promises)

•Is it more like donation or is money involved?

•What type of punishment (if any) is imposed on people who don’t follow the rules.

I’ve done a surface Google search but most of the time it’s just Quran verses that I don’t understand or many opinions some agree and some oppose.

I need proper books to read.
