Does anybody remember the question where the answer choices seemed entirely opposite to their position?
Post Body

I don’t remember exactly, but I think it had to do with a renewed JMOL. The question was something like should the judge grant P’s motion? And all the yes options had reasoning as if it was the D’s argument and the No answers had arguments that were entirely opposite as well. I ended up falling behind because I kept rereading the question thinking my brain was malfunctioning or something.

For example, I think one of the answers was like “yes. Because the P did not timely file her renewed JMOL.” Which makes no sense. Because if the answer is yes, the judge should grant her motion, why would P not filing it timely support a grant of her motion??

Does anyone remember this question? Did I just have a temporary moment of insanity? I am floored by this question. I wish I would have just picked an answer and moved on instead of spending minutes puzzled by the wording.
