W6D1 wasn't great. I think I'll do my first do-over. Grr.
Post Body

So it was 2 (actually - 2 1/2 days) days after the dreaded W5D3 run - and I went out early AM - we're having a record heat wave in Philadelphia (100 degrees and very humid) I didn't eat - just a glass of water - off I went. It was all hard. It's not a long stretch like W5D3 - but each running interval was brutal. When it was inclined up - I totally was losing my wind. I slowed down as much as possible - and it didn't help too much. I had to stop twice during the 8 minute stretch - to literally catch my breath. (I have asthma - but haven't had too much trouble with it) Each uphill climb was immediately spending my oxygen/cardio reserve - and I was huffing.

I don't know exactly what was wrong. Switching to AM instead of later PM? No eating? Was I dehydrated after a brutal day the day before? It wasn't that hot this AM, but definitely hotter than I'm used to. Maybe all of the above?

I'm going to take my day of rest - and do it again. DO OVER! (I wonder how that works in the app?)

I'm not giving up - no way no how. But today was a low point. Grrrr.

(sorry to be a bummer - go team go - you've got this!)
