This was hard. I've lived in my neighborhood for 20 years - and never understood how HILLY it was! (It's called Mount Airy - so that should have been a clue)
Around minute 13 - I had to stop to breathe. I'd been on a long long steep run up a hill and had gotten very out of breath. I hit "pause" on the program....counted to 30...and then re-started.
I wish I'd done it without stopping - but I'm determined to put this into the WIN/COMPLETED column. *what say you?
I'm hoping all this hill training means I'm actually getting more fit - and that an actual 5k race on a flat surface will be no problem.
