How has your body changed since you started running? Weight loss isn't always the goal for this program - but I'm curious what you've noticed re: muscle and inches lost!

I'm dieting along with running. I've lost some weight, for sure. (not getting on the scale yet - it scares me) But really notice a difference in my legs - my thighs are much more toned. My calves are also very toned - maybe even a little muscley and tight?
