I keep remembering how hard 1 minute was in the beginning and worry that going from 5 mins to 8 - will feel the same way. It was hard to do 8 mins tonight- but not nearly as bad as that first 1 minute.
It's turning into less of a physical and more of a mental challenge. I try not to look at the app to see how much longer I have in each interval....in case it's much longer than it feels and it becomes harder or something.
Anyone else feeling anxiety about each new longer running span? How are you handling it?
