It was very hot in Philadelphia today. My only window to run was mid afternoon. I was on the fence about going tomorrow instead...and out I went. It was hot. It was hard. I almost stopped a number of times - I kept on having to DECIDE to push through. (you know that feeling?) I was slow as mud, but I pushed.

Today's take away: Decide to COMMIT before you start. My wishy washy attitude from the start made me in danger of stopping at every turn when it got difficult.

I'm scared to look at what week 5 runs are about - but I'll take that on day after tomorrow!
