Today was just wow. I had a good deal of stress built up and went out for my workout. The first 2 intervals I thought I was going to die. By the 5th I was feeling like ok this is a really good workout and I could feel the burn. For the first time on 6of6 I picked up the pace because I could, there was no burn just a sudden burst of strength. And I felt so good I decided to do 3 additional 30 second full-on sprints.
I (46) feel like I'm in my 20's again after only 9 days! This is the best thing I've ever done outside of skiing as a form of exercise. I spent my whole life telling myself I hated running, I was always wrong. I now question every opinion I hold. Thanks Team!
