46 yr old male 6ft 285lbs and sick of it! As you can imagine I have been fighting hbp and pre-diabeties. I really needed to get my ass in gear.
I started walking about a month ago everyday and have gone from a mile to 3 in that time. I started at 298lbs so i'm down 13lbs in that month. Felt like its time to start pushing a little more so I download the app. Did my first day today. It went well but I was dying on 7of8 and 8of8 run portions. But not discouraged at all, it feels great!! Figured sharing with others will help keep me more engaged so here I am reddit :) Cheers
