Hello! I just(literally) finished week one and I had a few questions for you more experienced runners.
Post Body

1) What is the best time of day to run? is it better to get used to running in the mornings, as this is when most 5ks happen? 2) Is it okay to repeat week one? I just really don't feel ready, and if I changed to mornings, maybe this would be a good time to repeat it? 3)What is your after run snack? Mine currently is a glass of milk and a banana. Is this okay or should I change it?
