Price difference ?!

Hello. I know how to use bybit. Have had a long term position in OMG for a while in my hard wallet.
But, from the looks of it OMG was newly listed on bybit. The price on the USDT pair is currently sitting at $14.2 but on all major exchanges the price is sitting at $16
Can anyone explain why this is? If you can take advantage of this? or what is happening and what to expect if I trade it on bybit.
