Comparing three Streamlight Flashlight models.

The Streamlight 88030 ($36.99), Streamlight 88031 ($40), and Streamlight 88040 ($67.49) all seem like reasonable flashlights, especially as they are all 50% off right now. I am leaning towards the 30 or the 40 right now - obviously the 40 will be better, but which is better for the price?

Has anyone had any experience with these flashlights? Also, I am open to other options as well. Thank you!

Note - I know that we have talked quite a bit about flashlights and that the Surefire are probably more BuyItForLife worthy, but I am interested in the frugality of the purchase as well, and these seem like reasonable deals.
