My 5 year old Wüsthof knife just broke in two. Any recommendations other than this brand? Do they stand behind their product?

Post Body

For the amount of money and research I was really hoping for more time out of it. I sharpen with a whetstone and handwash it.

Any recommendations? I was surprised to see all that corrosion in the handle. Clearly not the same grade of steel.

Victorinox rosewood is a good option. Full tang and more corrosion resistant steel. I have an over 100 year old victorinox in good condition.
