I've noticed something while plugging before my yoga routine.
It actually helps with mindfulness and the meditative aspects of yoga. Even when I do it without being plugged, part of said mindfulness is awareness of your whole body. People don't usually pay any attention to their anal sphincter, but we make a habit out of gaining conscious control of it. Consciously relaxing your ass during yoga and paying special attention to that place helps to focus you, become more mindful of your whole body and all its muscles, and well, it just feels good, doesn't it?
