As I posted before I've been trying more and more to stay plugged longer and longer.

The problem I'm running into currently is the sexual arousal of the plug rubbing inside when I walk, do any chores, etc. I need to relax and calm down but as soon as I move again it's right there and usually worse.

It's not overly big, I know I can take larger but want to get used to plugging. It's quite comfortable in there. It's more of an internal stretch than keeping the hole open if you know what I mean. T handle small base but large, 2" or so, pointed bulb type.

I just put one in this morning and I have a huge urge to use a toy and cum. It don't help that my wife hasn't wanted sex lately so I've had no release there either.

What's some strategy you used to over come this issue?
