Can you relax too much? Time to size up?

I have an oxballs ergo M and lately I have had episodes where my ass relaxes too much for no reason and the plug begins to come out. It's not being pushed out, it just starts to slide out for some reason. It's usually when I am walking so it really catches me off guard and I am afraid that it will happen in public. I am wearing a butt plug harness now so I don'y have to worry. Any advice? Do I size up?
