Splitting audio output: what's the best way to do so?

Post Body

So I have this performing track that I like to use. I have the accompaniment that plays from one side of the stereo output and on the other side of the stereo output I have something like a metronome and a vocal melody.

What I want to do is split the stereo output so that the accompaniment plays on my speakers and the assisting tracks are only heard on headphone monitors.

What is the best way for doing this?
