I feel like it’s hard for small companies to succeed and I think that’s because business owners only own and don’t know how to lead.
I’d like to start a business where I advise companies that are looking to help the world and humanity run their company.
Are there companies like that help be the operations of small companies as an outsource?
I have a lot of experience being a director for a company and leading millions of dollars alone while creating its infrastructure for the company. 6 years strong. I feel like I can make a business of what I can do but don’t know if people will buy in. I’ve been doing this since the age of 24 and I’m 29 now so I’d like to quit my job and do more.
Any thoughts?
