French fry cart

Post Body

So the place I work at now is a mall/outlet store and there is very little food places there and I hear many complaints about it. I’ve heard many times people would love fries and doing research I saw French fries are oddly one of the most popular food items in the area. So I want to start a food cart similar to a hot dog stand but French fries instead. The thing I’m worried about is I don’t want to work at the stand for long or often myself but I have no clue how hot dog stands operate in hiring employees. I was also thinking I could rent it out as I know hot dog stands will do that. What do you think is best? I’m still looking into options as I set up a cost basis and start working on a business plan but right now I’m just concerned that I’ll have to work in the business full time for more than a few months which will be difficult because I would have to take time off my current job, school, and other opportunities I’ve been starting up.
