I have experience with customer acquisitions, sales and marketing, kaizen and lean manufacturing/processes and am thinking of opening a business which can help small to medium sized enterprises grow through cost controls, efficiency, profitability and sales.
We would have social media managers, website designers, cold calling/email teams and provide key services to companies that wouldn't otherwise manage this themselves or want the financial burden of paying these internally.
If I do my job right, we should see success as cost neutral at worst case and demonstrate clear growth in measurable areas to our clients - any thoughts or feedback if this exists or should exist, would outsourcing growth be an advantage to small businesses?
