Soo many food trucks, so little food.

I can't help but notice the excessive amount of food trucks on Wyckoff ave from Willoughby to flushing. I love how available food is here and you can get a wide range of different foods, but, Jesus Christ, how many Taco trucks can a guy handle? Tacos everywhere, maybe the occasional pizza shop.
Does anyone else know where I could find a wider variety in bushwick?
