Best quintessential nightlife?

In my early 30s haven’t really been out as much. So I’m totally clueless on the top places to dance or bars to go to experience Bushwick best has to offer.

I used to go out all the time in my early 20s in the east village/west village/ Les. However I think those areas are predominately not the same or maybe I just got too old and no longer want to go to bars filled with the NYU crowd.

Maybe you could help me to experience nightlife other than Manhattan.

Appreciate any responses to experience a great weekend night out.
