Question: Windham Masada/Magpul FDE ACR value?

I'm going to buy a excellent condition, low round count, low serial number Windham Masada Magpul FDE ACR from a friend but I'm having a hard time figuring out a good price. The ACR prices I see are all over the place. It comes with the masada stock, handguard and enhanced stock, handguard. 2 mags, case, manual and a FDE red dot. The number we are thinking is 3600. Is 3600 a good price?
