Is it just me, or has anyone else had their schedule change at the drop of a hat? I've worked at the wall of marts before and NEVER has schedule changes this abrupt before.

On top of that, I was offered the position of backroom lead, which I declined due to well documented health concerns which were ignored, and promised a CSM position only to be filled by a new hire who I had to train on the register and POS system.

I'm feeling singled out for some reason, IDK why. Probably because I speak three languages (English, Japanese and ASL)

I'm leaving ASAP and taking my two degrees with me.

Apologies for ranting, but for the amount of lack of MGT et. al. Has pushed me mentally, physically and emotionally. Not worth the $9.50 I make an hour. Thanks for reading my TEDTalk
