Bunny ate rubber?

Post Body

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a good night!

Around 4 PM today, I was cleaning up my bunny’s cage. I left the broom laying down on the ground without thinking twice. When I walked back in, she had eaten some of the rubber off of the top hook of the broom (I’m assuming anyways since I cannot find the pieces of the broom anywhere in the room).

Now, it is 3 AM, so nearly 12 hours later. She is eating normally, drinking water as she normally does, having completely normal poops, and is happy running around, begging for extra pellets, and playing with her brother. Basically, she is acting exactly like herself.

I just checked her litter box to see if any of her poops had pieces of the rubber in it. Nothing yet from what I could see. Should I be seeing the rubber? If she is able to pass it, when? I’m getting a bit worried.

I have no idea what to do, any advice?
