So I matched with a girl, we talked, I asked her name but she didn't ask what my name is. She said she's working at some place. After some time, I asked her "what do you do for a living?". I literally meant what her job is. She didn't respond and the next day, I got unmatched.
So it is a weird question to ask? The profile was not verified and my guesses are 1. She wasn't interested from the starting since she didn't even care about asking my name 2. This could be a fake ID.
And as the 3rd possibility, asking about someone what do they do for a living is offensive?
Why would it be offensive?? Not at all. Don’t second guess yourself. It’s a question everyone asks each other, especially when dating lol.
