Delete and recreate Bumble profile. How to do it safely?

I haven’t been getting as many likes and matches as I used to and would like to delete my account and start a new one to reset. I heard some people had some luck with this so I’ll see how it goes. Might work in my favor because I had a bad profile when I first signed up. My question though is how do I do this safely? How long do I need to wait to make sure Bumble doesn’t shadowban me and I can get a the new profile boost?
