How do I get the others drones?

Yeah, I don't really know how to get the drones cards. I have a few but I don't even know how I got it.
And also why are there so many little boxes for the drones?. What they do and how do I get them?.
My first language isn't English so if something is wrong grammatically just keep that in mind.
